Art Smart Club Individual Membership
1. Annual membership for individuals above 15 years old.
2. Members get a hands-on crafting workshop every month.
3. Workshops are drawing techniques, fusing for jewelry, etched gifts, decorative ceramics, stained glass accents and more.
4. Includes membership card and discounts at participating merchants.
5. Workshop: Advance registration required, fee is $15 per individual including project materials and use of tools. See calendar of events on-line for schedule.
6. Workshops and meetings held at Club Headquarters located at 7976 E. 41 Street, Tulsa Ok.

After Purchase: Once you have completed this purchase, down load the Membership Application form; complete and mail per instructions. One FORM is required per individual.
