This entry form with code number can be used by the purchaser or given as a gift to encourage personal growth, art enrichment or nurture the creative spirit.
The theme of the competition is "My World". You do not need to be an artist to enter. The deadline for submitting art is Dec 31. Winners receive over $2500 in cash, prizes and awards.
